Each session is completely customised to the individual, however, main themes include:

  • breaking the overeat-restrict-exercise cycle
  • changing the negative compulsive mindset around exercise towards intuitive exercising from a place of loving your body, not from hating it
  • understanding the role of your central nervous system and neural pathways to break bad eating habits and stop obsessing over foods
  • learning how to listen to your body again after years of ignoring your hunger and fullness cues
  • how to love and enjoy food again while still looking strong, sexy and confident
  • stopping the all or nothing and black and white mindset to find consistency in everyday living 
  • learn how to stop overeating in it's tracks

  • You are solely seeking weight loss. This program is to heal your relationship with food and stop your binge and emotional overeating. Weight loss may be a byproduct of this program, however, it is in not the main objective

If you are a good fit, we will discuss further working together to create your best life free from binge and emotional overeating.

  • There are six sessions included in the program.
  • Generally clients book me one week between sessions.
    • This allows the client time to complete the homework as well as put into practice the techniques and tips learned in each session.
  • Overall with six sessions and one week between sessions the program will take six weeks to complete.
  • Additional accountability sessions are available following the completion of the 6 week program. Ask me for more details!
  • My entire approach to coaching is very direct, scientific and logical.
  • I look at why we have sabotage and overeating behaviors from an evolutionary standpoint.
  • This means focusing on how our brain has evolved as it relates to driving these behaviors and how to retrain our brain in order to permanently change these behaviors.
  • Nutrition: In my coaching I will never tell you what to eat and what not to eat as I teach intuitive eating.
    • This means learning to listen to your own body and eat what is right for you.
  • Fitness: Similarly, my coaching is not fitness based. I will not tell you to workout nor how to workout
    • I believe we should move our bodies in a way that feels good for us for which only you can decide what that looks like. 
  • My style is rooted in friendship and understanding. When I was going through my recovery I had a hard time connecting with therapists and counsellors since they had not suffered as I had with destructive eating.
    • My discussions with these trained individuals although helpful, would never go deeper and allow us to truly understand each other.
  • The conversations you and I have will be raw and transformative. This is what my clients and I love about coaching, we can connect on a level that only someone who has truly struggled with sabotage and overeating can understand.
  •  I will give you my 110% throughout our time together and expect the same from you.
  • This means that my coaching is not for you if you are not fully dedicated to this process and changing your eating patterns.

  3. Following your payment and being given access to your Client Account, I will spend some time putting together your session outlines based on your questionnaire and our 30 min call. The session outlines will be uploaded into your Client Account for your review.
    • Note that these custom outlines are subject to change based on what we cover in each session.
  4. Following each session you will find in your Client Account your session summary (key points we discussed) for your reference.
  5. Additionally, in your Client Account you will find your homework for each session.
