Before working with Victoria, I was in a place where I honestly thought something is wrong with me...
For the past 10 years I'd been struggling to stick to any sort of diet, even to healthy eating, and to any consistent form of exercise. Which made me feel bad - so I'd often go out and treat myself to something sweet to help me feel better, and then I'd feel guilty about eating the sweets.
I would often overeat at restaurants and parties, which made me feel shitty the day after - but I never knew how to stop when I was full.
Another big problem for me was dealing with the comments people would make about my body. I was really trying to brush it off, but they stung, especially when they came from my loved ones!
Deep down I knew they meant well when they told me I put on weight, but that didn't make it any easier to deal with.
And then I was wondering why my business wasn't doing very well, or why people doubted me!
I had some superficial level of confidence, but it was cracking at the first sight of someone's disapproval or disagreement!
I learned so, so much not only about how the brain works and why we do some stuff, but I also learned how to have more compassion for myself.
Recognising the reason I was stress-eating made me feel 100 times better - and just noticing made me so much more aware, so I could now decide if I actually wanted to eat!
I feel like I've made a huge progress when it comes to listening to myself - I've learned to take a break, relax, plan fun activities, do the hard work even when it's uncomfortable, and allow myself to eat the food I want without feeling guilty!
I've made peace with my upbringing, with my past and with any situation that ever made me feel I wasn't worthy of love.
Now that I know where it all comes from, it's so much easier to NOT blame myself when I eat something.
In terms of confidence, it's totally off-the-charts. Not in the 'omg look at me' way - just in a way that I know who I am, what I stand for, and what my value in this world is.

Having Victoria as my coach helped me so much because she was the first person to listen to my issues and not judge me.
It was such a relief to be able to share, and actually discuss, without her 'solving' my problem and making me feel weird. Sometimes just talking about something made me feel more normal, so I am eternally grateful for that!
