Jillian started working her way through these issues by revamping her social media, building a community around her and slowly sharing her real self online for others to see.

Now, Jillian is an inspiration to many, sharing her message of body positivity and self-acceptance on Social Media.  She's also an activist and writer, as well as being in her last year of college studying Sociology, giving her an interesting insight into diet culture in our society.

My guest this week is someone who I've had the absolute joy of watching transform over the last few months. Mili Velikova is a previous client of mine and a graduate of my Craving Food Freedom 1:1 Coaching Program.  
 
We worked together to understand and overcome a lot of her issues surrounding food but more importantly, we dug deep and really got to discover the root cause behind these issues.
 
Now, just a few months later, Mili is more confident than ever and has started her own business helping others as a business coach. She helps new entrepreneurs find what it is that they're really good at and step into that power, she calls it finding their "zone of genius" and we've all got one!

Simon Pelland, my coach, and friend has taken on the task of helping me uncover blind spots in order to radically overhaul my mindset. He is an inspiration to all those who meet him with a positive and upbeat attitude that makes him one of the top relationship coaches around!

A few years ago though, Simon was also diagnosed with Huntington's disease. Now, he is a passionate Huntington's disease advocate and youth mentor with an ambitious goal of helping cure Huntington's disease by 2026!

In this week's episode, I had the incredible Kait Rich sit down with me on the podcast.  Kait is a digital nomad, award-winning entrepreneur, speaker, AND TV personality on The Bachelor Canada.

Straight out of university Kait landed here 'dream' job as a speechwriter for the Canadian government. She had the job, the house, the money that a lot of us strive for but rarely makes us any happier. Stressed and depressed, she was then diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
She had to make a change!

Now, Kait spends much of her time traveling the world and helping others create a life of freedom and happiness for themselves.
