Intuitive eating isn’t a fad or a diet, it’s our bodies default state. We were born knowing how to eat intuitively but many of us lost touch with our bodies cues when we were told we couldn’t trust our own cravings, hunger and fullness. We were taught to demonize food and our body, both of which are in fact, morally neutral. What will you do today to stop from demonizing food and your body?
