Whatever we say becomes a blueprint. Meaning that our brain is always looking for clues as to what is important and relevant information. It determines what it should focus on by zeroing in on how our language is. If we are always saying things like: “I hate my body, I am always out of control with my eating..” Then that is essentially what will happen. Get intentional with how you speak to yourself.
