What are holding onto in your wardrobe that needs to go?

Are you guilty of holding onto clothes that are too small for them in hopes that one day you will fit into them again??  Be honest, how do you feel when you look at those clothes that are too small?⁣

⁣Do you feel empowered and like you want to make a change in your life? Or do you feel disempowered? Likely the latter. My tip to you is to donate your clothes that no longer fit. Don't keep them around letting them bully you and tell you what to do and how to feel. Wear the clothes that make you feel good, confident and ready to take on the world.
