The holidays can be stressful. Give yourself permission to take a few moments to yourself. Even if that means heading to the bathroom for 5 minutes to simply check in with yourself.
Tip. Do some light breathing exercises to feel more grounded and reduce stress.
Try this now. Inhale through your nose for the of 4, hold for the count of 4, exhale through the mouth for the count of 4 and hold for the count of 4. Repeat at least 3 more times and notice the change in how you feel.
