Your Body Freedom Tip  

Recognize that body dissatisfaction is greatest in times of high stress.

What you think is a body problem is actually a life problem.

When you find yourself unhappy with how you look, ask yourself if it might be about something else.

Are you blaming your body for something that is not really about your body?

Notice that in life when things feel out of our control we try to control things that we feel we can control. This often looks like trying to control how we eat and how we look.

Simply be aware of this and note that we will never be free by implementing control.

Get curious and compassionate. Your body was never and is never the problem.

Delicious Summer Dessert!! 

I LOVE anything lemon flavored, it's so fresh and summery! When I came across this recipe I knew I had to try it out and OMG soo good!!!

5 Minute Lemon Fudge


  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small pkgs. lemon cook and serve pudding 2.9 ounces each
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar 3 3/4 cups
  • 2 teaspoons milk optional


  1. Line a 9″x9″ pan with wax paper.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add milk and dry pudding. Cook over medium-medium high heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. When I cook mine it comes to a boil and gets thick pretty quickly.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar. Instead of stirring with a spoon, you can use an electric mixer.
  4. If fudge is too dry and firm you can add an additional teaspoon of milk, then mix again. If it’s still too firm add another teaspoon of milk. Repeat until you get the consistency you want. Remember though, it will get firmer as it sets in the fridge.
  5. Press into prepared pan.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for a few hours. Cut into 1″ pieces.
