⁣You chugging coffee all day in attempt to skip breakfast means you're starving your brain of the essential energy and nutrients it needs.⁣ AKA. Your brain will not be properly functioning on the Zoom meeting with your boss when you've only had coffee to drink.⁣

So even if you ate a lot last night.⁣ Eat breakfast.⁣ When you delay eating until you're starving it perpetuates the binging/overeating cycle.⁣ This is because your brain will be trying to get your energy levels back up for survival.⁣ Less coffee, more breakfast.⁣
