You chugging coffee all day in attempt to skip breakfast means you're starving your brain of the essential energy and nutrients it needs. AKA. Your brain will not be properly functioning on the Zoom meeting with your boss when you've only had coffee to drink.
So even if you ate a lot last night. Eat breakfast. When you delay eating until you're starving it perpetuates the binging/overeating cycle. This is because your brain will be trying to get your energy levels back up for survival. Less coffee, more breakfast.
