Everyone’s body is different which means we all eat differently. If you and I ate the exact same thing and exercised the same way our bodies still would look nothing alike! Why? Well there are a lot of factors that go into our body size for example genetics, environment, stress levels and even the length of our intestines! Yup, if I were to have longer intestines I’d absorb more calories as I digest food. Crazy right? Which means you need to stop comparing your eating habits to others. Eat intuitively and live a life of food freedom.
