Prior to reaching out for an intuitive eating coach, I felt completely frustrated and controlled by everything related to dieting.
Diet mentality was taking up a lot of my headspace, leaving me with very low self-esteem, little self-confidence and no energy to enjoy the important people in my life.
I found myself sinking into a deep rabbit hole where I spoke to myself very negatively.
After working with Victoria, I realized my body is not the source of my problems. I've become more in touch with the underlying sources of my problems and have started finding solutions to deal with them.
My self-esteem and self-confidence have increased. I've learned to be more compassionate and kind toward myself. The tools Victoria taught me helped me lift myself out of that rabbit hole and replace negative self-talk with positive reminders that my body deserves my respect.
Victoria taught me to listen to my body. I feel I'm better prepared to deal with the hurdles which may come my way in the future.
I no longer worry about what or how much I'm going to eat at meals. Food is not the only thing I think about. Instead, I engage in things that bring joy into my life.
I have literally become a new person.
