It is not uncommon for us to search for happiness in all the wrong places and Joni Seeto was no exception. Joni who struggled binge and emotional eating, falsely thought that she was the only one who couldn't stick to a diet and for years believed she could achieve happiness through external things.
Growing up in Belgium Joni never learned how to process her feelings and used food to cope which ultimately led to being put on a diet from an early age.
Now Joni is an eating psychology coach living in Australia where she works to bring awareness around binge and emotional eating and shares with others how to recover from disordered eating.
