Your Food Freedom Tip
Regulate your nervous system to lower stress and be more mindful!
Take a second right now and just breathe.
Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.
Do that 4 more times.
You’ve just triggered your vagus nerve and gotten yourself into a parasympathetic state (rest, digest and heal).
Take breathing breaks like this regulates your nervous system and allows you to connect to your body (and eat intuitively).

Client Win To Celebrate
This week I want to celebrate my past client Hannah S.
"After obsessing about losing weight and what food to eat for more than 15 years, I finally feel like I have taken that obsession, dropped it, and stepped away. I feel freer to be myself and have the energy to live the life I want.
Victoria taught me what it actually means to love myself and now I can say I truly do. I am more present and in touch with my thoughts and what my body truly needs.
Feelings of restriction or obsession are gone and I feel like I can breathe deeper and am much calmer overall. I feel like this process has been so gentle yet incredibly powerful.
And I believe that’s because it is truly based on loving oneself. And I can honestly without any doubt that I now love myself fully just the way I am."
Are you ready to have an incredible transformation just like Hannah?
