"When grounded in self-love everything will be ok" 

As a former professional dancer living in Prague, Lola was dancing herself to the breaking point when rehearsing upwards of 12 hours a day. In her late 20s her body finally forced her to pay after years of living in a "Spartan mentality and her life collapsed around her.  She was dealing with extreme pain and was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia also known as the "suicide disease", in addition to dealing with an eating disorder, injuries and chronic food allergies. After having a powerful, moving and enlightening experience in her own body, she was convinced that she needed to keep fighting for her life and thus began her journey to self love.

Lola is now a researcher, educator, self-love coach, happiness coach, and Movement/Play therapist who now helps women to reconnect with the wisdom of their body.
