I'm Victoria and I'm an Intuitive Eating Coach

I teach women how to heal their relationship with food and their body. I specialize in helping women stop sabotaging and destructive eating behaviors so that they can be free to eat and live intuitively with full body confidence.

I pride myself on educating and empowering women about their eating habits and self-worth on a scientific and biological level after myself recovering from extreme dieting, body dysmorphia, binge eating, emotional overeating, anorexia and bulimia.

In my own recovery I saw all the places severely lacking and so I became the coach that I myself needed. I take my first hand experience and unique science based approach and share it with you!

E is for education.

I believe the key to stopping destructive eating behaviours is my understanding of why you are engaging in them from a scientific standpoint. We look at the brain, the nervous system and the different neurotransmitters and we break down what is really going on. Education alleviates the shame and empowers us to make real, sustainable and long-lasting changes.

A is for accountability.

You're an intelligent, independent woman who is very capable of doing things all on her own, but sometimes we just need a bit of support around that one area of our life that we can't quite sort out. I make sure that you show up for yourself especially on the days you feel like self-sabotaging. We heal old wounds and build new habits together so that by the time we're done working together you won't need to be accountable to anyone but yourself.

  • There program is 12 weeks in length. Breakdown of the weekly structure is further outlined above. 
  • Generally clients book me one week between sessions.
    • This allows the client time to complete the homework as well as put into practice the techniques and tips learned in each session.
  • My entire approach to coaching is very direct, scientific and logical.
  • I look at why we have sabotage and overeating behaviors from an evolutionary standpoint.
  • This means focusing on how our brain has evolved as it relates to driving these behaviors and how to retrain our brain in order to permanently change these behaviors.
  • Nutrition: In my coaching I will never tell you what to eat and what not to eat as I teach intuitive eating.
    • This means learning to listen to your own body and eat what is right for you.
  • Fitness: Similarly, my coaching is not fitness based. I will not tell you to workout nor how to workout
    • I believe we should move our bodies in a way that feels good for us for which only you can decide what that looks like. 
  • My style is rooted in friendship and understanding. When I was going through my recovery I had a hard time connecting with dietitians, nutritionists, therapists and counsellors since they had not suffered as I had with destructive eating.
    • My discussions with these trained individuals although helpful, would never go deeper and allow us to truly understand each other.
  • The conversations you and I have will be raw and transformative. This is what my clients and I love about coaching, we can connect on a level that only someone who has truly struggled with sabotage and overeating can understand.
