I'm Victoria and I'm an Intuitive Eating Coach

I teach women how to heal their relationship with food. I specialize  in helping women stop sabotaging and destructive eating behaviors so that they can be free to eat and live intuitively.

Over the course of 16 weeks we address everything you will ever need when it comes to healing your relationship with food and eating effortlessly and intuitively.

 

WK 0= WH0

In your application call we define: who you are, where you are struggling, what your vision is for food freedom, how I can support you, if you are the right fit for my program, if you are ready to take action today. 

WK 1-4= WHY

In our first 4 sessions, we answer the question "why" do we engage in self-sabotage and destructive eating habits from a scientific standpoint. We examine the brain, neurotransmitters and the nervous system to explain the "WHY" we binge, restrict and emotionally overeat. Education alleviates shame and empowers us to make real, lasting and sustainable change. 

WK 4-8= WHERE

 In our next 4 sessions, we uncover "where" the disconnect is when trying to process emotions. We dig into where your emotional blocks are that are keeping you stuck coping with food and instead learn how to effectively process your emotions in order to build emotional resilience, emotional literacy and emotional vulnerability. 

WK 8-12= WHEN

During these sessions we dive deep into where did your thoughts of "I'm not good enough", " I need to change my body" and I need to change my eating habits", where did all these limiting beliefs begin? Until we do this deep work it is simply a band-aid over a bullet wound, we need to deal with the real problem. 

WK 12-16= WHAT

The final 4 weeks are "what" will your new life look with having found food freedom. Together we have fun defining your new life with all the additional time, and energy you have now that you are no longer constantly thinking about food and your body. Each session over the 16 weeks of the program is 60 minutes in length

Min 0-15 

The first 15 minutes of our session is dedicated to reviewing assigned homework from the previous session, connecting on what happened throughout the week between sessions and finally discussing any questions, issues, insights, and revelations you might have.

 

Min 15-45

The next 30 minutes of our session is dedicated to education, learning new tools and digging into thought-provoking questions for us to have an in-depth conversation around the coaching topic for that session as per the coaching program timeline.

 

Min 45-60
